Composite hypalon sheeting is made in the UK using advanced manufacturing techniques. Combining hypalon and other materials provides a composite sheet with an extended range range of operating characteristics.
The name hypalon, a registered trademark of the Dupont company, is the often used when referring to any type of chlorosulpanated polyethelene (CSM). Dupont stopped manufacture in April 2010.
Composite Hypalon rubber sheeting products combine characteristics from hypalon sheeting, reinforced hypalon sheeting and hypalon coated textiles to bring together elastomeric and substrate materials in more complex constructions.
WCRP’s composite hypalon sheeting is custom manufactured using two or more elastomers (or other polymer) and/or two or more substrates. The composite hypalon sheeting product can display a wider range of chemical, mechanical and environmental properties derived from the range of constituent materials.
