Design & Development facilities

WCRP has extensive in-house 'design & development' facilities specifically geared to laboratory scale evaluations and trial runs

The lab-scale facilities include: rubber solution mixing, milling, spreading, calendering and curing. These enable us to produce initial samples for testing and evaluation prior to factory based pilot runs and then full scale production.

Our development program is backed up by a well equipped testing laboratory where physical, chemical, accelerated ageing, atmospheric resistance characteristics etc. are analysed.

WCRP use the same well equipped facility for customer sample evaluations.
